CfD Stakeholder Bulletin — August 2019

DESNZ·notice·low·14 Aug 2019·source document

Summary

DESNZ extended the sealed bid window for CfD Allocation Round 3 and updated the timeline on the allocation portal. The bulletin provides administrative updates to the CfD AR3 process without changing substantive auction parameters.

Why it matters

Routine administrative adjustment that delays price discovery in the CfD auction. As such, this represents queue management rather than pricing reform — the extended timeline maintains the current allocation process without addressing underlying capacity or price signals.
